RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
In case of any refund or return made by a customer pleasecontact our mail care@bikezone.me stating your reasons.
As a general rule, where refunds and exchanges are permitted, our store exchange and refund policies are determined by the Ministry’s regulations of the State of Kuwait. PROCEDURE TO FOLLOW WHILE REFUNDING OR RETURNING A PRODUCT: The sold goods shall be returned and exchanged within 14 days from the date of purchase according to the following conditions: 1. Having the original purchase invoice 2. The item must be in the same condition when purchased. 3. The consumer must not have used it in any way. 4. The nature of the commodity, as required by custom, does not allow its return. 5. Electronic and electrical parts are not guaranteed. They are not returned or replaced. 6. Customer will bear the delivery charges for the whole operation (delivery and return). If the customer does not want to bear the charges of a return he/she can visit Bikezone showroom and the necessities will be done free of charge but in case the customer is not able to visit they will have to bear the cost of the shipping done to our facility. 7. Once the item is reviewed and checked by our team and it follows the above points which were mentioned, we will accept the return or refund done by the valued customer.
